SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description:

This messaging program sends consultation updates, appointment confirmations, reminder messages, property inquiry updates, and client support communications to customers, prospects, property owners, tenants, investors, and business contacts who have contacted York CRE through our website at https://www.yorkcre.com, scheduling forms, contact forms, or other approved communication channels, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-in is collected through web forms, consultation requests, scheduling forms, or other direct consent methods with a dedicated SMS consent option. Messages may include consultation confirmations, meeting reminders, follow-up updates, property-related communication, market insight notifications, and customer support responses.

2. Cancellation Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from York CRE. To rejoin, you may sign up again through our website or approved forms.

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers and regional carriers.
